MASK PATCH FOR EAR RELIEF

The Mask Patch was created as a small project to relieve the pain associated with mask straps around the ear. In a work environment, workers can wear a mask for the entire working shift (like myself), which becomes pretty painful because the ears have so much force on them from the small mask strings.

The Mask Patch fixes this by using a medical adhesive with a plastic hook right before the ear. The mask strings can now be hooked around the plastic component and distribute the force evenly, making the mask feel comfortable.

Earlier versions were created to add magnets to the mask and the individual, but modifying the mask while aligning with the face magnets was too complex and, in the end, did not function well.
